Orders from the Z List are dispatched Monday to Friday via a tracked courier provider – either My Hermes or Affa Worldwide Logistics.
Standard UK delivery – 2–4 working days (under 2kg) £4
Next-day UK delivery – Delivery by 6pm the day after dispatch (up to 10kg) £8
(Your order must be completed by 1pm to guarantee next-day delivery).
Please note: any orders weighing over 2kg will automatically be sent via next-day UK delivery.
Europe –1–2 working days (up to 10kg) £17
International – 2–4 working days (up to 10kg) £26
Please note that orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Please note that the Z List is unable to accept responsibility for items during transit. As standard, the courier services used by the Z List insure items only up to the value of £25. If you'd like to increase the insurance value for your delivery, please get in touch.
All of our products are inspected before delivery to ensure they are in perfect condition before dispatch. The buyer should also inspect all items carefully when the goods are received, as any damage must be reported to the Z-List within two days of delivery.
Need to return your item for any reason? Not a problem. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the dispatch date. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Please note that we can refund you only the cost of the item and you will be responsible for the costs of return postage.
