Glasgow School of Art graduate Tom Lindow, whose background is in manufacture and fabrication for artists and designers, runs a research and development program for a studio in London. Meanwhile, production from his own studio utilises varied mediums, with projects existing somewhere between order and chaos.
Tom Lindow’s paintings are his “balancing act”, a product of his interest in “how a thing relates to another thing”. He started the Roofbook in 2010. It took him another year to find the best way to extract and reproduce each image. This poster shows page number 19 from a series of 23 works he made using roofscapes as subject matter.
